Since 2008, the Wahcko has been one of the defining pedals in the JAM Pedals lineup, earning a reputation for its expressive sweep, immediate feel, and highly dynamic response to the player, instrument, and amplifier. With the Wahcko mk.2, JAM Pedals revisits the original design and refines it further, expanding its expressive range while giving players greater control over its response and character.

At the heart of the Wahcko mk.2 is a custom JAM Pedals inductor inspired by the vintage TDK inductors found in classic 1960s Cry Baby and Vox wah circuits. The familiar six-position SWEEP control remains, allowing players to tailor the pedal's frequency range to suit their instrument, amplifier, and playing style. The original model's internal input-gain trimmer has also been retained, while a new internal Q trimmer provides additional control over the intensity and character of the wah response. Battery operation also returns with the mk.2.

For the first time, internal DIP switches allow the Wahcko mk.2 to be configured specifically for either guitar or bass. This extends the pedal's expressive sweep into lower registers while preserving the immediate response and musical character that have defined the Wahcko since its introduction.

Controls:

• Six-position SWEEP rotary switch for selecting among six distinct  
   frequency ranges
• Internal Q trimmer for adjusting the character and intensity of the wah 
   response (default position~12:00)
• Internal input-gain trimmer (default position~12:00)
• Internal DIP switches for selecting guitar or bass mode
