Scattering is not the kind of reverb that simply sits behind your guitar. It pulls you into the space around every note, transforming sound into a restless cloud of echoes, movement, texture, and atmosphere.

Built around a complex network of delay lines, Scattering leaves behind the smooth, predictable character of traditional digital reverb in favor of something far more alive. Fluttering reflections scatter through the stereo field, colliding and evolving in ways that can feel organic, unpredictable, and almost physical.

Its four modes draw inspiration from different permutations of the legendary MN3011 bucket-brigade device, opening four distinct paths into strange, proto-algorithmic territory. Depending on where you take it, Scattering can sound bright, harsh, and ringing, or dark, murky, and saturated. It can shimmer at the edges of a clean tone, smear a riff into a wall of sound, or push a signal into beautifully unstable territory.

And while it has plenty of depth for ambient exploration, Scattering is far from a one-trick atmospheric effect. Saturation, modulation, and spatial manipulation are all immediately accessible, making it just as compelling for aggressive rock tones and experimental textures as it is for expansive ambient soundscapes.

Underneath the intuitive surface is an exceptionally deep control system, with presets, MIDI, assignable modulation, and extensive expressive control over virtually every parameter. The entire signal path and I/O are true stereo, giving Scattering a huge, immersive sense of dimension.

Reverb is supposed to make music feel like it exists somewhere. Scattering takes that idea and turns it into an instrument of its own.
