The Unobtanium RAW by Crazy Tube Circuits features a faithful Klon-style overdrive alongside two Dumble-style amp voicings, offering transparent boost, dynamic drive, and rich harmonic saturation. The RAW edition introduces NOS Mullard/Valvo OC45 Germanium transistors, enhancing compression, sustain, and organic breakup.

Key Features

• Klon-Style Overdrive – The right side of the pedal faithfully recreates the K-style overdrive, but the RAW edition introduces NOS Mullard/Valvo OC45 Germanium transistors in the clipping section. These transistors add organic compression, increased gain, and sustain.

• Selectable Clipping Modes – The Stock/OC45 switch lets users toggle between:

  • Stock Mode – Uses germanium diodes, replicating the original Klon circuit.

  • OC45 Mode – Engages NOS Mullard/Valvo OC45 Germanium transistors, adding a supernatural feel with smoother breakup.

• Dumble Amp Voicings – The left side of the pedal features two D-style amplifier voicings:

  • Overdrive Special (ODS) – Delivers harmonically rich drive, ideal for singing blues-rock tones.

  • Steel String Singer (SSS) – Provides glassy, punchy cleans with natural compression, perfect for dynamic playing.

• Passive Effects Loop – Allows integration of external pedals between the overdrive and amp sections, or independent use of each section via a bypass switcher.

• Glassier & Punchier Amp Voicings – Compared to the standard Unobtanium, the RAW edition has a more refined amp-in-a-box section, offering enhanced clarity and mix-cutting presence.
