At the end of Taylor's 50th anniversary in 2024, Bob Taylor wanted to take a look back at designs from Taylor’s past, and the Legacy Collection of guitars was created. Born from this inspiration is the glorious Legacy K65e in all Koa. Aside from gorgeous figuring, koa is known for a focused midrange, and a distinctive tone that blends the warmth of mahogany with some of the sparkle of rosewood.
Legacy X-Bracing, an old school headstock inlay, and the Legacy Standard neck carve gives this guitar an undeniable late 80's feel.
