Built with figured Tasmanian blackwood, it delivers a bold midrange voice complemented by warm, dry tones and a touch of shimmering high-end clarity. The wood’s natural beauty stands out with rich color variation, unique grain patterns, and elegant chatoyance.  Tasmanian blackwood sits tonally between mahogany and rosewood, offering a strong, focused midrange like mahogany, but with added warmth, depth, and subtle sparkle in the highs.  It has a naturally dry, mature voice right out of the box, making it sound open and responsive from day one.

Inside, V-Class bracing enhances volume, sustain, and overall balance, ensuring a clear, responsive tone across the entire fretboard. The comfortable Grand Concert body, combined with a slim neck and 24-7/8″ scale length, offers a smooth, effortless playing experience. A beveled Indian rosewood armrest adds extra comfort for extended sessions.

Refined details complete the look, including a Florentine cutaway for easy upper-fret access and intricate Longhorn inlays crafted from paua and gold mother-of-pearl, accented by matching paua purfling along the fretboard and peghead.
