Taylor pairs sapele back and sides with a Sitka spruce top in their Grand Auditorium shape, giving you a clear, lively midrange, bright trebles, and a warm, woody low end that stays balanced no matter how you play. The new scalloped V‑Class bracing adds extra sustain and volume while tightening up the overall pitch focus.
Taylor’s updated Action Control Neck brings their familiar feel with a longer tenon for added resonance, and the design lets you make quick, precise string‑height adjustments without a trip to the bench. Plugged in, the new Claria System keeps the natural character of the guitar intact and avoids the brittle edge common to older piezo designs.
Visually, the guitar keeps things clean and classic: Weathervane inlays in Italian acrylic, a firestripe pickguard, nickel tuners, and black binding with subtle purfling.
