The PRS Tekton SVN expands the Tekton platform into seven-string territory, giving modern players the range and clarity needed to explore new musical possibilities. Built around a 26.5” scale length, the Tekton SVN is designed to deliver enhanced string tension and low-register definition while maintaining a comfortable, responsive playing experience. Its lightweight mahogany body, figured mango top, shallow violin carve, and sculpted contours provide the ergonomic foundation of the Tekton family, with effortless upper-fret access and a refined profile suited to demanding technical playing.

The Tekton SVN features a thin Modern “D” SVN maple neck, a 16” fretboard radius, and 24 stainless steel frets. The ebony fingerboard offers a smooth playing surface across the extended range, while offset dot inlays and Luminlay side dots provide clear visual reference points during complex passages and low-light performances. The seven-string PRS Hardtail bridge features individual saddles for precise intonation, while PRS Phase III locking tuners contribute to tuning stability and consistent performance. Together, these features create a focused platform for intricate chord voicings, fast lead work, and articulate low-register riffs.

At the center of the Tekton SVN are PRS Stylus SVN pickups, developed specifically for the extended-range requirements of this model. Voiced for articulation, aggression, and dynamic response, these pickups preserve clarity and character across the instrument’s wider frequency range, helping notes remain defined even under high gain. Their balanced response makes them well suited to traditional amplifiers, modern digital modeling systems, and complex recording setups.
