Gibson J-45 Century 12-Fret - Vintage Sunburst
The legendary Gibson J-45 “Workhorse” has defined the sound of American acoustic music since 1942. The J-45 Century 12-Fret reimagines that classic with a 12-fret neck joint, moving the bridge toward the center of the body for a more responsive top and a warm, punchy, resonant voice. The result is an incredibly expressive guitar that feels especially natural under a lighter touch and fingerstyle playing.
Part of Gibson’s Century Collection celebrating 100 years of Gibson flat-tops, it pairs a Sitka spruce top with a mahogany body and neck, rosewood fingerboard, vintage-inspired open-back tuners, and a classic L-00-style pickguard. A satin nitrocellulose finish and premium tweed hardshell case complete this beautifully understated take on one of Gibson’s most iconic acoustics.
