This beautiful Stratocaster is an absolute knockout from the Fender Custom Shop. It pairs a striking Sherwood Green Metallic finish with a heavily checked Relic treatment that looks and feels like a well loved vintage instrument. Underneath that gorgeous finish is a premium piece of sorted alder, which gives the guitar a fantastic, resonant weight right out of the case.

When you plug it in, the Hand Wound 11/56 pickups immediately deliver that authentic, woody mid 1950s bite. It has all the raw clarity and touch sensitivity you want from a great Strat. Fender also loaded this one with their Custom Shop Research Special Division bridge, which gives you excellent modern upgrades like tighter string spacing, improved pivot geometry, and adjustable arm tension.

The neck feels incredible in the hand too. Carved from a sturdy piece of quartersawn maple with a comfortable off center V profile that fits the palm perfectly, while the narrow tall frets make bending notes a total breeze. It's a wonderful, soulful guitar that is ready for a lifetime of playing.
