The Chris Shiflett Cleaver Telecaster Deluxe in Dakota Red is a road-tested rock machine, built for the dynamic tones and demanding performance style of Foo Fighters’ guitarist Chris Shiflett. Its alder body, finished in gloss nitrocellulose lacquer with a “belly cut,” provides exceptional comfort and resonance, making it ideal for high-energy live shows. The maple neck features a custom oval "C" profile, paired with a 12” radius rosewood fingerboard, medium jumbo frets, and pearloid block inlays for smooth playability and striking aesthetics.
Equipped with Custom Chris Shiflett "Cleaver" Noiseless CS-90 pickups, this Telecaster delivers powerful output with vintage single-coil clarity and no hum. The hardtail Strat-style bridge enhances sustain and resonance, while "F"-style tuning machines and a bone nut ensure tuning stability through extended performances.
