MoFi VIP Listening Event at Round Hill Music Co.
Thank you to MoFi for an unforgettable night at Round Hill Music Co.! Our VIP listening event brought together music lovers, audiophiles, and vinyl newcomers for an evening devoted to great sound and great company. Guests enjoyed MoFi’s newest releases, expert stories from both the MoFi and Fender teams, and the warm, unmistakable atmosphere that only analog audio can create.
With wine, beer, light bites, and event-only vinyl specials rounding out the experience, the night became a true celebration of music as an art form. From conversations across the room to the immersive listening sessions, every moment highlighted why high-fidelity sound continues to inspire us.
Throughout the evening, we curated a lineup of MoFi records that showcased the incredible range—and detail—of what the label is known for. Guests heard a mix of brand-new releases, exclusive test pressings, and classic albums that simply demand to be experienced on a revealing system.
We spun everything from rock staples and iconic singer-songwriter performances to funk, soul, and even holiday favorites. Albums like the ones shown here—ranging from Emerson, Lake & Palmer to Van Halen, Parliament, Johnny Cash, Dire Straits, Heart, New York Dolls, Linda Ronstadt, and Mariah Carey—filled the room with stunning dynamics and clarity. Each record gave listeners something different to appreciate, whether it was a soaring vocal, a deep rhythmic groove, or the texture of analog warmth.
All of this music flowed through a seriously impressive system:
the Devialet Astra integrated amplifier, paired with YG Acoustics Carmel loudspeakers, and anchored by the MoFi x Fender American Vintage Turntable. The combination delivered detail, punch, and wide-open soundstages that had guests leaning in and smiling throughout the night.
One highlight of the night was diving deeper into the MoFi x Fender American Vintage Turntable, an extraordinary, limited-edition piece that we’re proud to offer here at Round Hill Music Co.
This turntable is a meeting of legends. Its California-hand-sprayed, three-color sunburst alder-wood plinth pays homage to the iconic Stratocaster and Telecaster finishes that helped shape rock history. Equal parts artwork and audio instrument, it brings a gallery-worthy presence to any listening space.

To make the evening even more special, our Fender representative joined us to share stories about Fender’s heritage, the history of the sunburst finish, and the craftsmanship behind both guitars and this remarkable turntable. The night even included a guitar giveaway, adding an unforgettable surprise for one lucky guest.
